Hello there, I'm a 34-year-old yoga lover living in the beautiful province of Ontario, Canada. Body positivity and living a balanced life is what I'm all about. When I'm not twisting into a pretzel or doing headstands, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors, camping under the stars, hiking mountain trails. My perfect day would include a morning yoga session to find my balance followed by a healthy breakfast of fresh fruits and smoothie. Then, we would embark on an adventurous hike on beautiful mountain trails, taking in all the beauty nature has to offer. Finally, we would settle down by a campfire under the stars, enjoying each other's company for the perfect end to the perfect day.

I've spent many years honing my yoga skills, with several retreats in India and other parts of the world under my belt. I organize nature treks and camping trips regularly, making sure that I stay connected with nature as much as I can. I feel enlightened and rejuvenated with every new experience.
